Preem chose Ifa to elaborate a strategy for the development of the organization, work and work places. Emphasis is put on the aspects of security as well as on the development of the cooperation between operations and maintenance. One important result of the plan is the design of an Operations Centre for control room operators and field operators. The new Operations Centre was taken into operation in 2013.
